Job Description
The Sales employee will provide MRO sales and product support to the DLA’s MRO program, servicing the Troop Support Construction and Equipment Supply Chain.

- Works with Buyers/Program Managers from initial customer requirement to order fulfillment.
- Increase and drive sales
- Maintains KPIs
- Provides direct oversight of assigned region and submits updates weekly, monthly, and annually as required
- Works with Customer to ensure requirements are verified, within scope, and priced fair and reasonably
- Ensures Noble meets their contractual requirements (on time delivery and quote turnaround)
- Ensures Noble complies with contract rules, regulations, and operational guidelines FAR/DFAR/DLAD
- Follows-up with customer sales management team to verify order status and funding
- Provides on-site support for large deliveries that require coordination
- Provides input and recommendations for Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs)
- Performs other duties, as required.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess strong strategic and analytical skills required to analyze customer problems and develop creative/effective solutions.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ proven sales experience or related industry experience
- Prior Military and/or procurement experience a plus
