Job Description

Specialty1 Partners has an exciting opportunity to join our talented payroll team. We are looking for an additional strong and trustworthy Doctor Compensation Analyst to help us build up and manage our Doctor Payroll Process. Responsibilities include pulling practice production/collection data, calculating payroll amounts based on percentages and bonus plans, as well as extreme excel manipulation of data. .

Job Scope of the Doctor Compensation Analyst


· Assist individual offices with submitting specialized reporting from several different practice management systems and versions

· Implement consistent reporting procedures and processes to ensure efficiency

· Coordinate with other departments in obtaining and sharing office reports and then aggregate the pertinent data in a clean concise database

· Managing monthly (and possibly off-cycle) doctor payroll calculations, verifying the accuracy of all data, and sending previews to doctors for review within a timely manner

· Must have excellent phone communication skills and detailed email follow up communication to resolve any questions or concerns in a tight turnaround with the necessary research and analysis of the reports for the given period

· Coordinate cross-departmentally during the onboarding process of new offices and providers to ensure the accuracy of relevant information from contracts and any specific obligations

· Track and update doctor contracts in Smartsheet and any payout obligations such as bonus or PTO

· Help with escalated doctor payroll issues or concerns with the assistance of management

· Special projects assigned with a deadline

· Ability to work a flexible schedule when workload warrants additional time to meet a set deadline

· Communicate with manager regarding timeline deadlines being pushed or met along with all errors, issues, client dissatisfaction, or perceived errors promptly to your manager

Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction stemming from the ability to deliver a high degree of communication and clarity

· Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

· Proficient with all Microsoft Office products particularly Excel

· Previous experience with dental practice management systems

· Bachelor's degree in Business (additional HR/Customer Service experience preferred)

· Experience with PowerBI Tools and Smartsheet software preferred
