Job Description

WWC Global is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support a DHS Client.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the development of all new material produced to enhance training and Program's outreach.
  • Monitoring open-source information to create and periodically update a centralized catalog of available technologies relevant in supporting the prevention, protection, mitigation, response, and recovery efforts associated with worldwide active assailant scenarios.
  • Researching and analyzing domestic and overseas incidents for tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) in active shooter attacks, vehicle rammings, stabbings and acts of arson.
  • Assisting with developing additional mechanisms for engaging non-traditional critical infrastructure communities such as faith-based organizations, small businesses, local communities, etc. to expand the base of current stakeholders and provide the widest possible reach of the active assailant TTPs.
  • Providing quantitative, technical and analytical expertise to support the Program's emerging threats policy to ensure it is feasible and effective. This will include assisting with the identification of trends with regard to active shootings and emerging threat incidents.
  • Assisting with determining probably impacts of active assailant and emerging threat events and risk management decision aids.
  • Delivering recommendations for continuous improvement to current and future Program products and resources.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
  • 10+ years of relevant, professional experience including all of the following:
    • Demonstrated experience identifying policy gaps and making recommendations for improvement.
    • Demonstrated experience researching and analyzing open-source information for TTPs.
    • Demonstrated experience in providing technical and analytical expertise in support of policy evaluation and implementation.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • EO 14042, the vaccine mandate for federal contractors, is enjoined and not currently being enforced. Should enforcement resume, applicants must understand and agree to comply with the order and related guidance.
