The Creative Coordinator role will work closely with the visual design team and media buyers to coordinate, organize, and assist the Internal Brands division of adQuadrant. This role will assist in a variety of tasks related to the production of video and static assets. They will need to be quick on their feet, wear several different hats, and be passionate about creative production.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Log and organize all creative assets in our digital asset management system
  • Create static ads and assets in Photoshop
  • Edit videos in Premiere Pro for a variety of platforms, including, but not limited to, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and Youtube
  • Add captions to edited videos using mobile editor
  • Do competitive research and ideation for upcoming ads
  • Participate in weekly creative pitch meetings
  • Proactively identify problems and viable solutions to help achieve partners’ objectives
  • Be able to articulate the requests between the media buyers, Account Managers and the creative team to ensure everyone is given the proper information to succeed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a creative marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Exposure to paid social media marketing
  • Be able to managing multiple timelines and a high volume inbox of marketing creative requests
  • Self-starter mentality to be able to work independently in a digitally centric environment
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop
  • Experience using Premiere Pro or comparable editing software
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and/or Indesign a plus
