Job Description

adQuadrant, a highly-regarded digital performance partner to leading DTC brands, is looking for a Jr. Media Buyer marketer that specializes in Paid Social platforms with an emphasis on TikTok, Snapchat and Meta.

We are looking for a hungry Jr. Media Buyer for our paid social campaigns for our Internal Brands team. The role will work within our well-funded, fast-growing division of the company focused on delivering customers at scale under an affiliate marketing partnership model. Our budgets are uncapped which means our potential for growth and scale is unparalleled. The ideal candidate has paid social ads experience, has a knack for consumer behavior and is proficient in the newest paid social platforms and ad products.

The Jr. Media Buyer participates in all aspects of executing and optimizing complex paid social media campaigns. This includes initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.

The Ideal Candidate will have experience with:

  • One to two years of experience running paid media campaigns on social media platforms with budgets exceeding $25K/month.
  • A deep knowledge and understanding about TikTok and Snapchat’s current audiences, effective content and marketing practices, creator experience a plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices
  • Experience running lead generation campaigns and an understanding of lead quality metrics
  • Extensive knowledge of broader digital advertising ecosystem and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Marketing or a quantitative discipline; advanced degree a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of TikTok and Snapchat
  • Exhibits ability to continuously learn, draw actionable insights and apply them across campaigns
  • The ability to conceptualize and test full-funnel concepts quickly in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Sharp eye for detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
  • Fluency in mathematical concepts
  • Critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and relevant reporting tools
  • Competitive/Performance driven mindset
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills
