Job Description
In this Affiliate Marketing Manager role, you will report to the Head of Growth and own partner and affiliate marketing. You'll accelerate customer growth through finding and managing partners, offer testing, positioning, and out-of-the-box creative strategy. This is a foundational position and early hire - it’s an incredible opportunity to learn and grow exponentially as we grow the company.
Requirements
A successful candidate will have strong experience in partner and affiliate marketing, preferably at a health tech or e-commerce company. You’ll bring a highly analytical, creative and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel. Previously, you have managed multi-million dollar affiliate and partnership budgets and proven you can scale channels fast and efficiently through innovative strategy / tactics. In addition, you’re comfortable with attribution, affiliate platforms, and partner negotiations and contracts.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of partner and affiliate marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of the affiliate space and how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models
- Experience working on partnerships globally, especially in Europe and the US
- Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel and performance marketing KPI’s
- Proven track record of driving projects from start to finish
- Strong partner or client management skills
- Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Creative thinking and ability to take the initiative
- Experimentation experience and attitude with a track record of implementing A/B tests and translating data and qualitative understandings into actionable insights
- BS/MS in Math, Science, Finance, or other quantitative fields
- Bonus: e-commerce experience, fluent in other languages (German, French, or Italian)
