Cprime US has adopted a remote-first/full-remote work environment from most US-based locations. Occasionally, our teams have the option to meet in-person for team meetings, collaboration, or social events.
The Customer Success Advocate is part of the Learning team at Cprime. Providing excellent customer service support to our clients and instructors is a vital part of this position, requiring quick-thinking, patience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This role supports the day-to-day activities and processes required to deliver high-quality courses to our customers and clients. While some tasks are repeatable, no day is the same for the Learning team.WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Provide timely and accurate customer service to students who call, email, contact us via the live chat system, or submit forms via the website
  • Monitor and improve Cprime’s call forwarding prompts and process
  • Upload and/or verify appropriate sessions have been correctly uploaded to display on the Cprime and various certification websites
  • Register students for public sessions and provide superb communication with any changes
  • Assist with invoicing of public and private deliveries
  • Work with the finance team to track account receivables and stay up to date
  • Provide reconciliation to finance for select instructors
  • Create various public enrollment promotional codes for Cprime clients
  • Manage professional development program enrollments by Cprime employees in Cprime courses
  • Help track the performance of customer satisfaction using the ticketing system (Zendesk)
  • Support the Learning delivery team in coordinating in-person venue logistics
  • Assist the Learning team in providing stellar experiences for all future, current, and past students in Cprime classes by identifying opportunities to improve our customer experience
  • Be an internal advocate to facilitate Learning processes across Cprime
  • Perform various other tasks related to successful class deliveries such as ordering materials, creating virtual workspaces, etc.
