About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of operations with strong agency experience and experience going from a small team to over 100, and revenue over 10 mil a year.
Who is very organized, OCD almost and really strong operationally.
Someone who will be also responsible for our of our’s main goals, and that is to constantly audit the company processes and automate and improve all processes in the business.
We are looking for the right person to build a long-term relationship with, so you would need to show me what you have done and built in terms of systems and processes for their company.
This would be a Full-Time Remote position.
We are looking for someone that can work in the US time zones, preferably someone who can work 9-5 EST.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
* Directly oversee and grow the different business department (Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment/ops, Finance, Customer success, etc.)
* Identifying and monitoring operations performance with OKR/KPI tracking and establishing corrective measures as needed
* Making sure all clients are happy
* Reducing churn
* Ensuring leads are coming in amp; follow ups on deals
* Coordinating content production
* Ensuring audits are being done amp; follow ups on audits
* Managing team capacity amp;ensuring ORG chat is being filled correctly
* Identifying what Mina is working on and attempting to automate and delegate it and hire it out .
* Develop and implement SOPs and policies that promote positive company culture
* Ensuring effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
