Client Account Representative to maintain contact and provide requested information with internal and external customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing BOM (Bill of Material), product life cycle, pricing, procurement, and product status. You will also prepare and maintain status reports, modify schedules/plans as required, prepare project reports for management, clients, or internal customers. This is a great opportunity to leverage your ability to provide technical guidance and problems solving skills to ensure that special client requirements are executed as requested.
Requirements
• Two years of customer service experience
• Two years of experience operating in a Microsoft Office environment with an emphasis utilizing Microsoft Excel
Preferred qualifications:
• College degree preferred but not required
• Solid analytical ability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Effective management of time and multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Initiative and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Supply Chain Experience and or customer service is strongly preferred
Benefits
Pay $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Work Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm
