What will I Do?

  • Be a true aggressive hunter, not a farmer. This position primarily requires front end prospecting and initial outreach.
  • Be a strategic competitor with a daily drive to win.
  • Grow your regional pipeline with prospects you uncover amp; qualify. This can be accomplished with phone, Email, LinkedIn, Zoom, Preqin, HubSpot and other tools provided to you.
  • Manage the Pereview software sales life cycle from lead generation, pipeline building, forecasting, and closing net new accounts in the assigned region to private equity commercial real estate companies.
  • Develop and manage regional marketing and lead generation activities within the overall marketing framework.
  • Build and manage an opportunity pipeline large enough to support annual revenue targets.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively with the broader sales, presales, professional services, marketing, and senior leadership team to systematically develop sales opportunities.
  • Be able to demonstrate solution value, key features, and fit with the client’s business at many levels.
  • Follow our proven sales process, obsessing over the details, and constantly evolve by implementing new strategies to better the process as a whole.
  • Consistently achieve/exceed quota.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful sales track record with experience in enterprise SaaS solution sales with demonstrable pipeline growth success.
  • Industry experience within a real estate software vendor is a plus, but not required.
  • Track record of developing value for prospective clients and differentiation for their solution through a consultative sales approach.
  • Familiarity with complex selling processes and methodologies where complex solutions are sold to multiple players (Asset Management, Investor Relations, Accounting, Portfolio Management, C Suite, IT, Sourcing, etc.).

Additional Considerations

  • Personable, with strong communication, presentation, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Understand that we do not operate in silo’s and embrace a team approach to winning.
  • Ability to travel 50%+
  • Home (remote) office environment to allow productivity and success.
