ReturnLogic is actively seeking an experienced product manager to help build and scale ReturnLogic's data analytics solutions. A successful candidate will have a record of solving difficult problems, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and forging a new path forward. We are pioneering technology solutions for the modern retailer. Customer returns is a growing pain point of ecommerce retailers. It's a problem that has gone largely unsolved... until now.
In order to serve our retailers in making informed business decisions not only on returns management but across their business, we aim to provide solutions enabling the organization, analysis and examination of data as well as the discovery of patterns. Beyond the core mechanics of returns, we want to evolve our solutions from basic descriptive analytics to intelligent prescriptive analytics. These will be key in helping retailers optimize their business practices across basic and more complex policies modeled around customer lifetime value. Enabling not only end users through the presentation of structured data and visualizations, analytics will also be leveraged directly by our platform and applications to enhance the business logic layers. Fortunately, we’ve done our homework, and found product market fit. We’ve found the rest of the puzzle pieces, and we're assembling the team to put them together with our strategy.
