Currently, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative based in the St. Louis area who is willing to get into the trenches, and can simply get things done with an uplifting attitude. As part of our rapidly growing Partnerships Team at SteadyMD, the Sales Development Representative will play a vital role in prospecting, engaging decision makers, and converting prospects into opportunities.
This is a hybrid position based out of St. Louis, MO. However, this position can be 100% remote for the right candidate.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who will be able to:
Prospect for and engage with decision makers and identify leads
Schedule introductory sales meetings
Research leads and gather information to target outreach and prepare the Partnerships Team for initial meetings
Collaborate with the Marketing team to qualify leads from webinars, conferences, and other marketing events.
Document key information about leads using a CRM
Meet and exceed monthly appointment quotas
Create and document repeatable and scalable processes
Keys to Success in This Role
2-3 years of experience as a B2B SDR or a similar role
Experience using a CRM (Hubspot preferred)
Generate, manage, and prioritize a large volume of sales leads
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Background in and/or passion for working in healthcare or other relevant fields
