Project Manager
Spectrum is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as our local business leader to projects and customers located in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. In this role you will serve as our primary customer/partner interface, building/maintaining relationships, formulating and enforcing work standards, and lead a diverse, high performing team of professionals.
Key Abilities and Responsibilities:
As our Senior Program Manager, you will:
- Serves as the project manager for a large, complex project.
- Represent Spectrum as the primary interface and point of contact to our customer on technical and program/project issues.
- Be responsible for the overall management of our effort ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the project are implemented in a timely manner.
- Establish frequent communications between appropriate organizational leadership and your support staff.
- Meet regularly with senior government leaders/managers to advise on deliverables and issues across various projects.
- Establish processes and assign appropriate resources to effectively perform all requirements.
- Work with other company managers to collaboratively to drive overall company growth and success.
- Provide guidance to subordinate project program managers to ensure technical, organizational, and financial goals are met.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.)
- 5 years demonstrated Project Management experience, plus five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the IT and/or consulting fields.
Education:
- BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
Security Clearance:
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
