As a Salary.comSeniorCompensation Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our customers providing them with consultative solutions to their most challenging questions about the entire compensation body of knowledge. We are seeking seasoned professionals who can participate on teams that invent new compensation data products and then support our customers that use those products. Our mission is to provide our customers with fast and accurate compensation data that they can use to make informed talent management decisions.

A Day in the Life
- Provide consultative solutions to our customers regarding our compensation analysis software and compensation data.
- Conduct research to provide answers to the myriad of questions that other compensation professionals have in order to do their jobs.
- Study or conduct market compensation surveys to understand the market ranges of pay for a job.
- Participate in the invention of new compensation solutions.
- Build market-pricing composites for jobs in different industries, company sizes, and geographies.
- Formulate pay trends and scope differentials to make economic adjustments to the data.
- Prepare testing plans and assure data quality.
- Document business processes for data production.
- Help clients effectively use Salary.com software and data in order to manage their compensation programs.
- Write and edit thought leadership content for consumers and enterprises.
- Map and value supplementary content to jobs descriptions such as skills, certifications, and licenses.
- Contribute to compensation consulting projects.
- Contribute to new product development by working with Product Managers.
- Assist in the completion of other projects as needed.
Requirements
About You.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Math, Business Analytics focused preferred)
- 3-7 years of experience in corporate compensation management and a desire for continuous learning in the field
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
- Certified Compensation Professional a plus
