The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to identify and fill job openings in a timely and effective manner. The Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and extending job offers.

The ideal candidate will reside in the Eastern Time Zone. Additionally, this is a temporary contract position with an expected duration of 12 months.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, from position opening, sourcing, screening, and through to offer stage
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand business objectives and to meet talent needs
- Source and recruit top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Screen and evaluate candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the organization
- Lead the offer process, including salary recommendations and negotiations
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage diverse passive candidates to build talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill positions
- Continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Applicant tracking system management including application review, data entry and candidate dispositioning
- Support diversity initiatives across the organization through recruitment
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional and service-oriented manner with direct supervisor, leaders, and peers
Requirements
What you need:
- Extensive demonstrated experience in full life cycle recruiting / sourcing. Gaming, esports, live events / entertainment industry experience is highly preferred
- Prior international recruitment experience is a plus
- Experience with various applicant tracking systems, Workable a plus
- Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in English required, both spoken and written
- Superior negotiation and communication skills, ability to influence, strong organizational skills and problem resolution, change management experience.
- Outstanding ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
The salary range for this job will be $35-$55 per hour. Actual compensation will be dependent on candidate's experience.
