Requirements
- You should be a current college student interested in using your skills as a software engineer and taking them to the next level
- A team-player and enjoy collaboration
- Shows initiative, energetic and is motivated to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ensure adherence to best development practices Coding Standards, Unit Tests, Design Principles
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms and principles of Object Oriented systems
- Knowledge of Core Java or other programming languages like Java Script, Python, C or equivalent
- Knowledge of web technologies like REST, HTML
- Awareness with cloud application development (MS Azure/ Google Cloud Platform/ Amazon Web Services)
- Awareness of frontend technologies Angular, Vue or React
- Awareness of Spring Ecosystem, familiarity with Spring Boot or Spring Cloud•Awareness of Test-Driven Development (TDD) using modern technologies
- Awareness of SQL Basic Queries
- Understanding of Agile development (Scrum or XP Programming)
- As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work with the product teams to help deliver new and existing products in a CI/CD environment
- You’ll bring your passion for writing efficient and reusable code plus your total commitment to quality and unending eagerness for learning
- On the front end, you’ll be eager to help develop outstanding web applications for prototypes, new products and existing products You should be able to work well in a highly collaborative, agile, team-oriented environment
- Has engineering and programming foundation, expected to spend majority of time learning about code and development best practices
- Understands scope of small features
- Has a basic understanding of what all components in their modules/services
- Performs basic programming tasks
- Writes and executes test plans
- Given an introduction to a small task from Product Manager / Senior Engineer, can drive a task to completion under supervision
