In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple implementations of Pereview Software to our global client base, while serving as a leader and subject matter expert during implementation meetings while displaying product knowledge.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a real estate professional who will be rewarded for their accomplishments, who is a proactive, confident, self-starter, and that thrives in competitive situations. Someone who is tenacious at attaining goals and determined to ensure that you and our teams are persistent in conquering our clients’ objectives.
You will manage implementations that are focused on the full life cycle of client engagements. By combining your experience of Commercial Real Estate and Pereview, as a technical subject matter expert, you will be able to manage multiple implementations by identifying, empathizing, and satisfying a client’s data and reporting needs.
Responsibilities:
- Both Product and Industry expert that can lead a client through an implementation of Pereview while working closely with a team consisting of a Project Manager and Junior Consultants. Educate and assist clients as they onboard all data into a centralized data warehouse.
- Consult with commercial real estate firms who are looking for a better way to manage and report on their data.
- Make sense of a client’s rent rolls, income statements, chart of accounts, investor reports, underwriting models, valuation templates and other reporting outputs.
- Resolve data issues, financial inconsistencies, and reporting tardiness between external parties and asset management teams.
- Work directly with business leaders and engineering teams to simplify complex problems using innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of Yardi, MRI, Argus, RealPage or other CRE software solutions implementation experience.
- Extremely knowledgeable in either Portfolio, Asset, or Property Management for Commercial Real Estate Debt or Equity.
- Experience managing teams and/or real estate consulting.
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a challenging environment.
- Track record of successful problem-solving.
- Experience in communicating complex technical concepts both to clients and internal teams.
- Prior work as a Business Analyst or Project Manager is helpful.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
