About the Team You Will Join:
Our team of experts helps clients reach their customers on the platform of their choice and develop long-term relationships with them. This team further offers strong post-launch support including performance monitoring, application support, user experience refinement, and conversion rate optimization. This team offers mobile development service offerings including Native Apps (iOS, Android), Cross Platform Apps(ReactNative and Flutter), and Mobile-specific services for Analytics, Security, Performance, etc.
You will be part of a well-governed COE structure which will enable you to get the right guidance and support. Also, various initiatives will help to ensure that you are trained and mentored on the latest trends and technologies in Mobile technologies.
Requirements
Technical Skills You Will Bring
- 6+ Years of experience in working on programs for different mobile platforms
- Minimum 3 yrs. experience with React Native development
- Experience with Native iOS/Android Design and development
- Proven experience in React Native components in native iOS and Android
- Experience in React Native, ReactJS, API, JavaScript, and Redux.
- Strong knowledge of different design architectures like MVC, MVVM
- Experience with GraphQL, Node.js process management, and web sockets like socket.io
- Experience working with Package registries like jFrog
- Experience working with Design systems
- Mentor development team on the technical approach
- Ensure that the coding standards are followed
- Comprehensive knowledge of Design Patterns and Software Development Life Cycle policies and procedures
- Good understanding of agile and scrum
- Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with the client
- Take ownership of proposals and pre-sales activities and experience in estimations.
- Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment and should Strong communicator

Compensation:
The salary range listed is for informational purposes. TA Digital treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $105K $115K plus a variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.
