About This Opportunity:Popmenuislooking for an enthusiasticClient Onboarding Consultantto attain a high level of platform implementation whileconfidently ensuring that clients reach their maximum business goals.
We are currently prioritizing candidates that are located in either the Central or Mountain time zones.What's on Your Plate:
  • Client Consulting:Responsible for understandingthe state of aclient’swebsite, marketing, and online orderingandable to make the best recommendations for successful platform implementation. Takes a holistic perspective of a client’s business to determine the best path forward.
  • Project Management:Takesfull ownership of ensuringthatallassignedclients get through the onboarding process withmaximumsuccess, product adoption,and happiness.
  • Product Training amp; Enablement:Passionatelyempowersand trainsclients to get the most out of thePopmenuplatform, ensuring that clients are using the most features possible to help their business.
  • Subject Matter Expert:With the help of the rest of the onboarding and design team, staysup-to-dateon the latest website best practicesand trends.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Excellent interpersonal/customer relations skills; clear and concise verbal and written communicatorwith the ability to effectivelyprevent ormediate conflict
  • Team player with the ability towork cohesively with various departments to accomplish what’s best for a client
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage manyclients in different process stages
  • Natural curiosity, self-motivated,and willingness tolearn,whether it’snew technical skills or understanding the client environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Spanish is required

For this role, we have determined a compensation range of $50k to $55k in addition to company equity to be a fair and attractive offer.
