Summit2Sea is looking for DAI Tier I Support.

Impactful Work You'll Do:
- Work directly with a highly visible client to resolve DAI system issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate within a small, cohesive team responsible for DAI support and customer service
- Assist client to align their business process requirements with system requirements
- Help users to process documents in DAI
Requirements
Must Have:
- Ability to represent and uphold our core values of integrity, client service, expertise, adaptability, communication, and teamwork
- Hands on experience with Cost Accounting (CA), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Budget to Report (B2R)
- Exposure to CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management)
- PDS/PDRS
- Familiar with OBIEE Reporting
- Understand User Management Extension (UMX)
- Communication of System Availability
- Knowledge of Budget Formulation
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (Interim ok) - or ability to obtain

- Excellent excel skills
