Office assistant needed. Applicant must have some experience with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. Must be dependable, prompt and eager to learn. Duties to include invoicing, answering phones, inventory management, filing and basic office duties. Position is part time temporary to permanent with the possibility of full time in the future. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8-4.
Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
Requirements
- Must Have: Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Administrative experience, Customer service, Organizational skills, Office experience, Phone etiquette
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
