At Networx, when we think of customer service, we think about building an A-1 Customer Experience! We are adding a Customer Experience Advocate to focus on developing long-term relationships and providing superior customer service to our contractors. As an advocate, you will aim to delight our customers and advocate for their needs and Networx services. You will serve as the bridge between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs.
