Decisions is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Our Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our organization’s digital marketing programs and campaigns. This position will be an integral part of developing and executing marketing plans to reach targets in the areas of brand awareness, event promotion, and most importantly, lead generation initiatives. Duties include setting up / administering campaigns within marketing tech tools, tracking campaign progress, developing and coordinating the production of digital marketing materials, working with the Creative team to curate and create online assets, and handling general reporting activities for impact attribution and return on marketing investment.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional within the digital marketing space and has the ability to work across departments. The Digital Marketing Coordinator must be able to perform well under fast deadlines and be detail-oriented.


Key Objectives

Objective #1: Implement effective marketing campaigns to target audiences across multiple channels

  • Map out assets and content needed for campaigns and work with internal stakeholders to collate
  • Create campaigns within different platforms to target audiences
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the internal team, including the sales team, and provide guidance for usage and promotion
  • Create and maintain the content, using WordPress for the company website.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Director in reporting and monitoring the success of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Objective #2: Be a strong communications partner to internal stakeholders across the organization

  • Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
  • Work with internal and external content resources to ensure brand and message consistency.
  • Use social media to engage customers and prospects, promote company initiatives, and equip Sales Reps and AMs with tools for their own prospecting efforts.
  • Suggest new ways to promote company offerings, reach customers/prospects, and imprint thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in related Communications, Marketing, field or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent
  • Experience with modern marketing technology stack CRM (like Salesforce), Marketing Automation (like Pardot), Digital Advertising / AdTech Platforms (like Google Ads and Display Network, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, etc), Data and List sources (like ZoomInfo or SalesIntel), and Intent Targeting Platforms (like 6Sense or RollWorks or Bombora)
  • Experience with the technical product or producing content for IT buyers/community is a plus
  • Excellent written and presentation communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Excellent grammar and spelling skills
