Ventrata is excited to announce we are recruiting for a passionate Sales Development Representative to drive new opportunities in US. Our product is changing the way tours and tickets are sold across the planet.

Ventrata is the sales, booking and ticketing system for tour, activities and attractions operators. Ventrata integrates sales and online booking systems that are trusted by some of the biggest names in the tourism industry.

Ventrata is consistently replacing legacy booking and ticketing systems that fail to address customer needs in a digital first world. This has accelerated post pandemic.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be a task-focused sales development hero who is looking for a fresh challenge. You will be enthusiastic, engaging and with high attention to detail. You will need to keep up with the fast pace of development and thrive in a scale-up environment.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver qualified opportunities to the Sales Team that fit our target market;
  • Working with your designated Sales Manager to develop and execute a territory action plan, developing a strong understanding of the market and competitive environment
  • Research amp; reach out to targeted prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using a specified scoring system;
  • Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pain points, and deliver Ventrata’s value position that clearly demonstrates how we create value for our clients;
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness and drive inbound leads;
  • Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and sent to the sales team in the CRM system (Hubspot);
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM;


Requirements

  • Native English (Strong C1 as a minimum);
  • At least 1-2 years sales experience, with experience in a SaaS and/or ticketing a plus
  • Fluent in Second language; French, German, Spanish or Italian is a plus but not a requirement;
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects;
  • Disciplined and process-driven, whilst maintaining resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure the message is resonating with potential customers;
  • Ability to problem solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements;
  • Intrinsically motivated and highly resilient you see a NO as an opportunity to grow and learn;
  • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn sales and marketing systems and tools.
