Job Description
Paradigm is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join our client's global design team. In this role, you will create innovative and compelling motion graphics, interactions, and animated experiences for consumers. The ideal candidate will use their strong creative and technical background to develop components that range from experience design, interaction, animation, motion graphics and video.
Location: San Diego (hybrid/remote); West Coast | Pacific Time Zone
Type: 12 month assignment, 40 hour work week

Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, 2D/3D animation, After Effects, etc.)
The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Meet with clients, internal and external, to understand needs and share ideas
Ability to receive constructive feedback and meet tight deadlines
In compliance with the Pay Transparency law, the minimum salary for this role is $40 per hour + benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience. Our client considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
