Pereview Software is seeking a Reporting Analyst to facilitate reporting requirements with investment management stakeholders and their teams. To be successful in this role, you should be a highly effective communicator who can translate business needs into reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively multi-task across various clients, have a high-level attention to detail and have problem-solving abilities. These abilities enable an effective and efficient reporting process for clients to utilize best-of-class reports within Pereview Software.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a Reporting Analyst who will be rewarded for their accomplishments, who is proactive, confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in pursuing best of class reporting solutions. Someone who is attentive to helping our clients achieve reporting goals and determined to ensure that you and our teams are persistent in delivery to desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and ensure all relevant data is captured in client reporting requests.
- Monitor tools to update tasks and status for client reporting needs (i.e. Wrike, ZenDesk).
- Ensure reporting expectations to clients and facilitate issues that arise between clients and Pereview teams.
- Monitor and ensure that client reporting requests are captured, and processes are followed.
- Produce, update, and share documentation for Reporting Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or similar (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proven experience communicating in a matrixed environment to drive quality reporting.
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, MS Project or Monday.com
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Track record of successful problem-solving
