Pereview Software is seeking a Consultant, who will play a key part in operations by facilitating software implementations while teamed with a Project Manager and Senior Consultant. You’ll be actively engaged with improving the lives of our real estate and financial services clientele while achieving a common baseline of standardized data formats for efficient uploading to the Pereview Software application. This role will be hands on with the software implementation while taking on and expediting tasks associated with the set-up and configuration of the software platform, as well as completing other workstream tasks associated with the implementation. You will be the right-hand team member to the Senior Consultant, and the two of you will lead our clients to success!

Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to collect and load operational and financial data into Pereview.
- Manage multiple workbooks and reports in all sizes, shapes, and formats.
- Communicate requirements to internal team members and external client users.
- Fix data issues and financial inconsistencies with an affinity for problem solving.
- Contributor to the success of an implementation project by completing implementation tasks.
- Monitor data submission schedules.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of strong financial analytical skills.
- Experience in Real Estate and Fund amp; Asset Management or Accounting with exposure to accounting platforms (ex. Yardi, MRI, Timberline, etc.) a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong inter-personal skills.
- Exhibit self-motivation whether working independently or on a team.
- A strong sense of urgency about solving problems, meeting deadlines, and achieving critical goals.
- Experience with reviewing standard financial statements of an accounting nature (Profit amp; Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, etc.).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Computer Science (preferred).
