Job Description

The Recruiting Manager (RM) will provide leadership to our Recruiting team responsible for recruiting and placing healthcare professionals for assignments throughout the US. The RM will provide the leadership and strategic initiative needed to support the recruitment team’s effort in maintaining an active pool of healthcare professionals who can be matched to client facilities’ needs, ultimately impacting fill rate, revenue, and profitability.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic initiatives with corresponding action plans to meet travelers on assignment and gross profit margin goals.
  • Align long term team goals with individual short-term goals to promote accountability through clear expectations.
  • Manage individual production goals that ultimately drive financial results for both clients and employees, thus resulting in growth and retention.
  • Communicate milestones and successes that keep team focused, engaged, motivated and inspired.
  • Assess individual performance, develop employee skills and abilities and implement plans for improvement as needed. Leader will facilitate annual performance evaluations cyclically.
  • Mitigate and/or resolve concerns for impacting healthcare travelers through initiating contact with professional and orchestrating resolution.
  • Cultivate an environment of accountability, responsibility and trust amongst the team.
  • Assist in selecting and retaining internal talent through participation and ownership in the interview, selection and onboarding process.
  • Help facilitate planning for training of new team members and participate n the training, as needed. Work with the training department to facilitate scheduling of training classes and one-on-one development when appropriate.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is $90,000 annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and other benefits.


Requirements

Education, Certifications, Licenses and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the service industry and/or recruiting experience preferred
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as leadership/management capacity required, preferably in healthcare staffing.
  • Bachelor or Associate Degree in a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in business communication and the use of medical terminology preferred
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers and typical business software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, Internet/email, and electronic calendar required
