As our Senior Director of HR, you will collaborate with people leaders across the organization to ensure we build and protect our culture as we continue to grow. The Senior Director of HR will provide thought leadership, serve as a trusted advisor and business partner, and ensure that practices, policies, and resources are in alignment with Salad and Go’s culture and values. This Director reports to the Chief People Officer and will lead a team of HR Business Partners and Managers.

As our Senior Director HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Be accountable for key HR work streams including, but not limited to workforce planning, performance development, recognition, policy compliance and investigations, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Partner with our Product Solutions Technology team in the selection and implementation of a new HRIS.
  • Attract, motivate, and retain a diverse and experienced team of HR professionals to build meaningful experiences for SAG Team Members.
  • Promote internal mobility by working with people leaders across the organization in support of succession planning and team member career development.
  • Research, develop and implement policies, processes, training, and initiatives to support the organizations human resource compliance and people strategy needs.
  • Ensure safety is a top priority for all people leaders working across the organization to remain in compliance with employment, benefits, insurance and safety regulations and requirements.
  • Foster external relationships and remain current with HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in support of people operations.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years human resource business partner experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and developing teams as a people leader.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience providing support for a distributed workforce, restaurant field operations preferred.
