Within3 is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist based in the US to join our marketing team. The Marketing Automation Specialist will be the Super Admin of our Marketing Automation platform Hubspot. As a Marketing Automation Specialist your efforts directly impact the success of all marketing programs and initiatives for continued success and growth of the company.

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for managing marketing projects and fully leveraging the capabilities of HubSpot. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role will implement all programmatic, creative, and operational initiatives. This person will have a strong foundation in marketing platform strategy amp; automation, and will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continued enhancements of digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Serve as primary owner of HubSpot Marketing CRM administering user setup and design/configuration, customizing objects, profiles and roles, workflows, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts and validation rules.
- Develop and implement marketing operations strategy that supports the overall org and marketing strategy and enables intelligent decisions through precise analysis
- Ensure marketing data is being properly collected, cleansed and connected with other systems such as Salesforce
- Maintain our marketing automation integration (HubSpot) with our CRM (Salesforce) and assist in the integration of additional platforms into our marketing technology stack.
- Translate collaborative workflow strategy guides and diagrams provided by teams into fully functional campaign releases.
- Create marketing programs; development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluating these for improvements.
- Support essential marketing-operations initiatives in HubSpot such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, list imports and data cleansing.
- Ensure business activities meet best practices for marketing and global data privacy including GDPR and CCPA
- Build and schedule email campaigns and other manual and automated nurture campaigns to coincide with ongoing/planned strategic marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement new operating processes
- Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator Manager
- Other duties as required
What it requires:
- 3+ year experience implementing and working within enterprise marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo or Eloqua required
- Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
- Basic knowledge of connectivity and purpose of other relative marketing and data analysis technologies such as Google Analytics/Tag Manager, UTM tracking, etc.
- Fundamental knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance
- Experience with CMS management (such as WordPress or Drupal) is ideal; experience with user experience best practices and site design/development is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Works well in a team environment but has strong independent project management skills
