We’re looking for the right candidate to join our marketing team.

In this role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of LV’s corporate, property and hospitality marketing efforts. You’ll be involved in the company’s digital and traditional marketing efforts, including graphic design, event planning, gifting, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and more.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Graphic Design, Media amp; Merchandise

  • Design marketing materials including offering memorandums, flyers, social media graphics, event graphics and invitations, digital ads, etc. for corporate, property and hospitality projects
  • Create business development and investor presentations, in collaboration with the CMO and Director of Marketing
  • Coordinate all production of all print collateral, managing both in-house and outside proofing, production, printing, paper, vendors and ordering
  • Coordinate the production and purchase of business cards, identity pieces, premiums and promotional items as needed
  • Coordinate production and purchase of promotional items, such as corporate and property merch
  • Create aerials, maps, and other assets necessary for development of marketing materials and business development decks
  • Produce brand libraries across platforms, including Adobe CC Libraries, Canva and Canto
  • Establish brand identity for hospitality projects to be used across digital and print collateral
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards for all collateral produced in-house and by third-party vendors
  • Facilitate headshot photo shoots, including coordination of photography and staff

Event amp; Gift Coordination

  • Manage the corporate gift program, including ordering, scheduling, obtaining and ensuring delivery
  • Coordinate logistics, budgeting and event design for corporate and property-specific special events
  • Lead event communications, including invite design and distribution, list management, signage, and more
  • Assist Director of Marketing with conventions, trade show and internal events as needed

Digital Marketing

  • Design and develop property landing pages, and assist with design review and updates on full property websites
  • Collaborate with Social Media Manager to graphics for all LV Instagram accounts
  • Assist with lifestyle and other photo and video shoots, in collaboration with media production and marketing teams
  • Assist with corporate website updates, including bio updates, property updates, SEO optimization, image and video management, and more
  • Design and develop hospitality and event websites, and manage ongoing updates
  • Produce and design email campaigns for both corporate and property initiatives

General Duties

  • Maintain organized file system for all digital assets, including photos, renderings, design files, final production files, etc. on Canto and Sharepoint
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Ability to work late or on weekends may be required
  • Some travel may be required


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or related fields of study
  • One to two years of relevant work experience or internship preferred
  • An eye for design and aesthetics

Business Skills

  • Prioritizes work and asks for direction when overwhelmed or uncertain
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Fluent in the English language, its rules and proper usage; experience with AP style preferred
  • Excellent oral and written business communication skills

  • Skilled multi-tasker with strong time management skills and keen attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable receiving criticism and delivering feedback easily
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines and ask for direction wh
