The Job...
ClickBank’s email program, support email program for ClickBank’s own digital Ecomm product (Spark).
You will get experience and have ownership in traditional direct-to-consumer Ecomm approach to email as well as lifecycle marketing in a SaaS environment. You will be in the driver seat of creating a powerful email program for ClickBank clients and partners. You will have the ability to work with and communicate directly with ClickBank’s top clients including some of the most successful digital marketers in the worldKEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:- Managing ClickBank’s Affiliate Email Program: You will be responsible for organizing/executing emails for ClickBank’s top clients while leveraging and collaborating with
- ClickBank’s partnership team to find new partners and offers to promote via email.
- Provide Reporting and Analytics: You will be responsible for measuring and analyzing ClickBank’s email performance on a bi-monthly basis including but not limited to, the impact of the email program on company/team goals.
- Email Execution: You will be responsible for providing email design, copy, strategy, segmentation, list management, and a/b testing across ClickBank’s email marketing program
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience directly managing email programs and an in-depth knowledge of email marketing
- A good understanding of email deliverability and list health
- Experience defining, uploading, and segmenting email lists and contacts
- Experience with writing marketing copy
- Experience with communicating directly with end-users and stakeholders
- You should have a natural drive and are intrinsically motivated/disciplined to match our high growth team. You proactively seek and solve challenges and do not only meet minimum expectations but exceed them.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to prioritize work based on highest impact tasks
- Willingness to come into ClickBank office in person at least once per week.
- 1-2 years of affiliate marketing or performance marketing experience is strongly preferred (bonus points if you’ve promoted ClickBank offers as an affiliate). General knowledge of ClickBank is also very helpful.
- Strong general knowledge of performance marketing, traffic source creation, and affiliate marketing.
- Experience managing lists for offer owners or affiliates
- HubSpot experience or experience with similar CRMs or ESPs
- Experience with Klaviyo, Listrak, MailChimp, ConvertKit, SendLane, AWeber, Maropost, or any leading ESP
- Experience with graphic design
