Email Marketing Specialist - Raleigh, NC
What makes you successful in this role?
As a Email Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to the success of PCLaw | Time Matters by helping to create effective communications that drive action, contributing to strategic marketing plans, and executing campaigns to engage both existing and prospective customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, writing, and creating emails via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce list creation and reporting
- Assisting in the writing and enablement of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support customer success and new business opportunities
- Measuring and reporting key metrics to track customer engagement and campaign success
- Creating, maintaining and updating customer journeys and measuring effectiveness
- Creating and delivering department process training
- Other projects as needed
Requirements
What would we like for you to have?
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong Salesforce/Marketing Cloud skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability applying strategy to marketing tactics and channels
- Experience with email marketing and content creation
- Strong analytical, organization, and project management skills
- Drive to take initiative and work beyond the directions given
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and learn new skills quickly
- Attention to detail
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Salesforce Marketing cloud Email Specialist Certification
- Previous work in the legal software technology industry
- Knowledge of HTML amp; CSS

*Compensation for this position will be between USD $80,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 (depends on experience).
