We are a Bruin Capital company and work with over 150 sports properties, including the Premier League, NFL, F1 and FIFA. Working as an extension of their commercial teams, we help them grow direct relationships with fans to drive business growth.
We currently have a growing team of over 500 Two Circlers based across Europe, Australia and North America. It is in to our North American Rights Management team that we would like to hire a VP Corporate Partnerships Sales.
Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally. A pioneering rights-sales capability, successfully marketing the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record impact for brands. We have closed the sponsorship rights sales processes for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women’s Football, the All Blacks, AC Milan and Chelsea FC.
Reporting into Adam Davis (Managing Director, North America) the VP Corporate Partnerships Sales will be responsible for the development of the sponsor acquisition strategy and implementation for a range of Two Circles clients on a project-by-project basis.
Leading a team of highly sophisticated individuals across analytics, operations, sales and design to assist in the development of world class sponsorship strategies that generate substantial revenues for Two Circles clients. This includes identifying, engaging and securing high value sponsors leveraging the bespoke and premium approach developed by Two Circles.
The Two Circles model is disrupting the traditional inhouse approach to sponsor acquisition and is underpinned by exceptional professionalism, entrepreneurial insight, outstanding intellect and unparalleled rigour.
The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:
Building sales strategies for target sponsors
Leading a team of sales leads, sales managers and business solutions professionals
Business development activities which result in the winning of new rights to take out to market
Overseeing the sales process
Manage the on-going relationship with Two Circles clients
Building relationships to influence senior business decision makers across different sectors and markets across the world.
Successfully contribute to executing competitive processes, resulting in the negotiation and conclusion of high profile sponsorship deals.
Requirements
You will likely be working at an agency, team or league leading rights sales teams.
You will have a track record of executing multi-year multi million dollar sponsorship deals for premium rights holders.
Excellent network of C Suite individuals.
Experience working across different countries, cultures and time zones.
Add value to other projects within the firm, whilst maintaining the highest standards of output and delivery for specific client/s.
Build strong trust-based relationships across all management levels and international cultures
Customer focused mind-set. Proven experience maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders
