As a Compensation and Performance Intern, you'll learn about many aspects of compensation and analytics, including Compensation Survey participation, job review, equity administration, and project management.You'll report to the Head of Total Rewards.What will your journey at FLYR look like: (Responsibilities)
  • Build and maintain a scalable job leveling and compensation structure
  • Assist with completing salary surveys, equity administration, and market data benchmarking
  • Partner closely with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition partners on offers, promotions, relocations and transfers
  • Collaborate with HR operations and analytics team to build internal tools and resources to manage compensation decisions
