What we are looking for!
- Assistant soccer coaches for Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Assistant soccer and multi-sport coaches for weekday mornings and afternoons
- Head soccer coaches for Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Head soccer coaches for weekday morning and afternoons
What to expect!
- Starting hourly rate at $20/hour, or $25/hour based on education and experience
- Immediate scheduling to shadow coaches and attend trainings
- Scheduling based on day/time availability
- Consistent communication and support from our operations and coaching staff
Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions. Legal exemptions include but are not limited to, medical condition, disability or sincerely-held religious belief; some regions may require full vaccination upon hiring due to state specific mandates. Proof of vaccination in those states will be required, and will be requested in the other regions.

- Founded in 2000 in Manhattan
- Fun, educational curriculum that teaches soccer fundamentals
- Reaches 110K+ kids ages 1-8+ annually
- Classes, camps amp; clinics are taught in schools, rec centers, daycare facilities amp; fields nationally
- Supports the mission of Youth Athletes United to empower kids through sport by teaching them how to have fun while learning the fundamentals of sport!
Requirements
What makes you a great fit?
- You would describe yourself as passionate, responsible, coachable, committed, and flexible
- You have previous experience as a soccer coach or camp counselor
- You typically have consistent availability, especially on weekends
- You enjoy learning and supporting others in their own growth and development
- You are able to effectively communicate, especially questions, comments and concerns
- You have access to reliable transportation
- You are able to adhere to all COVID-19 safety policies
