Position Overview:
Circles is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator who loves working with people! This role is perfect for you if you are outgoing and have a passion for providing the highest level of service.

On a typical day you will host a morning workshop on managing stress in the workplace, meet with local vendors to discuss an upcoming holiday event, welcome VIP’s and give them an overview of our services and host a cross-site webinar helping to promote virtual and digital programs and wind down the day hosting a team outing to a local farmers market to get fresh ideas on eating healthy and local!

This is a full-time, 100% on-site position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm

Compensation for this role is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour

  • Education/ Certification:
  • 2 years of customer service experience; prior front desk, concierge, or other hospitality experience preferred
  • Knowledge of MS office, Microsoft Word, Internet searching, and keyboarding
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills as well as the proven ability to provide quality service in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED required.
