We’re looking for an outgoing Inside Pre-Sales Representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting for potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Requirements

• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved

• Answering approximately 80-90 inbound calls per day
• Closing 3-7 provided leads per day
• Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer-first approach to deliver stellar service to all customers
• Maintaining current knowledge of products and services offered
• Other duties as assigned
