We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Management Intern. This position will provide an opportunity to learn about account management within a digital-first creative environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating breakthrough work and a desire to develop their skills in client management, project management, and team collaboration.
- Provide support to a variety of teams throughout the agency
- Assist in providing clarity, direction and updates on projects via meeting notes, status documents, and schedule updates
- Contribute to work getting moved through the agency process
- Assist in building meaningful client relationships
- Attend and participate in select client meetings
- Support account leads in running creative, strategy and/or digitally driven projects
- Explore the industry landscape and available resources to provide additional knowledge, information and perspective to the team and client.
Requirements
- 0 - 1 years of relevant experience or pursuing continuing education in a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity about culture and consumer motivations
- Highly responsible, collaborative and self-motivated
- Works enthusiastically, respectfully and collaboratively with other project team members
- Ability to work full-time during core business hours (with flexibility)

Benefits
- Compensation: $20 / hour
- Work week: Monday - Friday; approximately 40 hours per week
