Summer Internship Dates: June 5 - August 25

As a Copywriting Intern, you develop breakthrough concepts and write brilliant copy for integrated marketing campaigns. You collaborate with more experienced creatives who will guide your work through execution and launch. What you lack in experience, you make up for with your drive. You have a head full of ideas and a heart full of courage. You see every assignment as an opportunity to showcase your considerable talent to make anything great.
- Works with more senior staff to ensure that creative exceeds space150 and clients' expectations
- Creates and executes award-winning work that achieves clients’ objectives
- Develops and implements copy and concepts according to creative direction from senior creative staff
- Develops content (long form, short form, headlines, naming, social, etc.) for clients under the direction of the project’s creative lead
- Exhibits the ability to command different writing styles/tones
- Develops conceptual skills through shadowing and collaborating with more senior staff
- Seeks out mentors and feedback in order to advance craft and career
- Jumps into all projects with a willingness to fail in order to find great ideas
- Receives direction well and implements feedback into work moving forward
Requirements
- 0 - 1 year of copywriting experience
- Strong creative portfolio
- A personal belief that creativity can solve any problem
- Bright and open-minded: destroying convention demands intelligent optimism
- Curiosity for new technologies and emerging trends
- Honest with a high degree of integrity
- Highly responsible, collaborative and self-motivated

Benefits
- Compensation: $20 / hour
- Work week: Monday - Friday; approximately 40 hours per week
- Hybrid work environment. Work from home, work from the office (Minneapolis or LA), work from space. Whatever works best for you works best for us!
