• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Requirements

Staff Mandatory Qualifications:

1. A minimum of three (3) years of experience actively participating or facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.

2. A minimum of five (5) years of experience designing, configuring and testing on software solution IT projects with at least 10,000 users and project value over $10 million using the proposed implementation methodology.

3. A minimum of five (5) years of experience following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to identify, evaluate, and recommend business, technical, reporting and testing requirements applied to the design and development of a system software solution IT projects with at least 10,000 users and project value over $10 million. Staff Desirable Qualifications

4. A minimum of two (2) years of experience using requirement management tools such as IBM Doors, Jira, Azure DevOps.

5. A minimum of three (3) years of Project Management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience.

6. A minimum of five (5) years of experience testing methodologies similar to the Software Test Management Body of Knowledge and tools like Selenium and robotic process automation.

7. Current certification in Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent
