Endodontic Specialists of WI Partners is seeking a professional Dental Office Manager to coordinate and oversee our practices operations.
One of our future locations are in search of a dental Office Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an Office Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material/resources, and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of the patient experience and implement best practices across all levels.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of the patient experience
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in insurance verification, claims, and resolution processes.
- Understanding of management of patient amp; insurance AR.
- Ability to maintain employee relations.
- Excellent payroll management amp; oversight.
- Understanding of Pamp;L-Controlling expenses.
- Knowledgeable in standard OSHA amp; HIPAA practices amp; policies.
- 2+ years of managing a dental practice.
