The Procurement Analyst collaborates with internal Buyers and Procurement leaders to assemble, prepare, and store documents in the strategic sourcing process. You will be responsible for entering, tracking, and reporting on the supplier pre-qualification process. Additionally, you'll prepare documents for contract execution, assist in delivery coordination, and receive and process related invoices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Assemble prequalification information for review by the Procurement Manager.
  2. Assist in bid preparation and documentation for project RFP’s (Request for Proposal).
  3. Assemble bid tabulation for review by the project team and Procurement Manager.
  4. Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors on RFI’s (Request for Information) during the bid and RFP phase.
  5. Assist the Procurement Manager to gather data and consolidate documentation to support contract execution.
  6. Support the procurement plan from supplier identification, through RFP solicitation, sourcing, contract negotiation, and purchase order creation.
  7. Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions with supplier to minimize risk impacts.
  8. Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.
  9. Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.
  10. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or supply chain management; or equivalent years of industry experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
  • Familiarity with NetSuite

BONUS POINTS

  • Industry experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Foundational knowledge of the strategic sourcing process
  • Knowledgeable of procurement policies and their application
