VIGILINT is seeking a Digital Financial Systems Administrator to work 40 hours per week at our Morrisville, NC location. This position shall perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement and upgrades to existing digital financial systems
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation of financial processes including digital integrations and connectors between systems.
- Coordinate creation of and updates to internal written standard operating procedures for the digital financial system.
- Manage technical assistance and support for VIGILINT digital financial systems
- Overall administration of the VIGILINT digital financial systems Deltek CostPoint (core accounting system, timesheets, procurement), Quickbooks, others TBD.
- Perform troubleshooting on digital financial systems through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Work with IT Team to manage security and staff access protocols for digital financial systems
- Coordinate design and delivery of general staff instructions and training on VIGILINT digital financial systems
- Contribute to VIGILINT mission by accomplishing other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree; Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related Field Preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Project Management Certification or other relevant technical certification preferred
- Experience working with various Deltek Costpoint modules including but not limited to Time, Expense, Cloud Operations, Planning, Procurement and Multi-Company preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, and Intuit QuickBooks preferred
- Experience with early to mid-stage hyper-growth companies required
- Experience with governmental proposals and contracting process beneficial
- Exemplary work ethic
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple administrative tasks in a demanding, time sensitive work environment
- Clear understanding and appreciation for information security within systems
- Experience instructing professionals in one-on-one and group settings preferred
- Diplomatic interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain United States Government security clearance
