YouthBuild USA is the technical assistance provider for the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) YouthBuild program. Organizations awarded a USDOL YouthBuild grant receive comprehensive support to successfully implement the YouthBuild model. This includes a technical assistance coach that is either a YouthBuild USA staff or an independent consultant with varying subject matter expertise in education, workforce, mental health, youth/young adult development, and/or organizational development, etc.
YouthBuild USA, located in Roxbury, MA, is the support center for the YouthBuild movement. It strengthens YouthBuild programs through technical assistance, leadership development, innovative program enhancements, and advocacy. YouthBuild

Job Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director, Coaching for Program Impact, and working closely with other key members of the USDOL YouthBuild Program Impact team, the Manager, Coaching for Program Impact position will provide administrative and project
management support for the Performance Coaching task area. This role must possess excellent management and communication skills and be extremely detail-oriented. The Manager, Coaching for Program Impact will assist with onboarding new technical assistance coaches and support the development and implementation of learning tools and resources to successfully provide direct and indirect technical assistance to USDOL YouthBuild grantees. This position will require the successful candidate to use online platforms and attend and/or support up to six in-person national events a year.
The position will require some travel and being able to work across U.S. time zones.
