Job Description
We are looking for a Field amp; Insight Specialist who will be charged with both successfully leading client implementation and managing ongoing client needs for the Insight Dashboard and Field Engagement Applications and their subsequent releases.
As Field amp; Insight Specialist you operate at the intersection of Within3 products and clients business and technology.
Your role is to understand client’s insight needs and their operating environment, and design and execute success plans to successfully meet client expectations and client insight reporting needs. Coordinating with other Within3 teams (Engineering, Product, and cross-CS) and resources, you will successfully deploy and manage the Insight Dashboard and Field Engagement Applications.
Excellent amp; transparent communication (written amp; oral), planning skills, and attention to detail will be critical to your ability to succeed in this role. Also, your ability to understand client strategies and translate that to configuration needs and inputs on top of the fundamental Insight Dashboard amp; Field Engagement capabilities will be fundamental for your success in the role.
Responsibilities
- Understand client business, technology, and insight needs and design implementation and strategy plans to address them
- Collaborate with client team(s) to capture the needed configurations and additional delivery requirements
- Define and maintain Client Success Plan and lead implementation for the Insight Dashboard and Field Engagement (including configuration and other back-end activities)
- Resolve Insight Dashboard and Field Engagement customer complaints quickly and effectively, and engage with Within3 team (as necessary) to deliver appropriate responses
- Ensure both company and client adhere to contract terms
- Train users on the Insight Dashboard and Field Engagement platform and its features
- Engage in special projects to advance the growth and function of the organization
- Provide strategic/tactical thinking for client initiatives and Within3 internal processes
- Understand Within3’s services and products and how clients may derive value from them
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the appropriate Within3 products.
- Collaborate across other internal teams to support ongoing Business Development efforts within client accounts
Requirements
- Life Science, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry experience
- 5+ years in business analysis, project management, technology consulting, or other client-facing delivery roles
- Capable of thinking both strategically and detail focused as activities require
- Strong proficiency in MacOS, MS Office, Google Drive Suite, Dropbox/Cloud Storage, Zoom
- Ability to both confidently lead and collaborate on a team
- Strong written and oral communication and presenting skills
- Applicants must be located within the US and have the relevant right to work
Nice to haves:
- Understanding of healthcare data (CMS, RWD)
- Gainsight experience
- Experience in the delivery of SaaS for enterprises
- Demonstrated flexibility to travel to client sites when needed/beneficial to grow relationship (Less than 10% travel expected)
