Job Description

adQuadrant, a highly-regarded digital performance partner to leading DTC brands, is looking for a Media Buyer/Analyst that specializes in Meta.

We are looking for a hungry Facebook/Instagram Media Buyer for our Internal Brands team. The role will work within our well-funded, fast-growing division of the company focused on delivering customers at scale under an affiliate marketing partnership model. Our budgets are uncapped which means our potential for growth and scale is unparalleled. The ideal candidate has extensive Meta experience, has a knack for consumer behavior, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

The Performance Marketer participates in all aspects of executing and optimizing complex paid social media campaigns. This includes initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.

The Performance Marketer, Meta role requires a combination of data-driven strategic thinking, analytical, creative, and communication skills. An ideal candidate should thrive working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance for our strategic accounts.


The Ideal Candidate will have experience with:

  • Demonstrable experience managing campaign budgets greater than $250,000 a month on Facebook/Instagram.
  • Experience with lead generation and optimizing towards lead quality
  • Developing and implementing strategies and optimizations to increase ROAS for each campaign
  • Oversee all aspects of a social media campaign with a focus on driving conversions
  • Analyze performance data for each ad campaign (Example: ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, Video Retention)

Requirements

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, optimize, and scale online campaigns
  • Execute media test plans and measure the impact against business objectives
  • Understand partner needs and metrics and communicate actionable insights to the internal team
  • Create and improve organization processes, procedures, and systems to support business needs.
  • Must possess client-facing communication skills and acumen and the ability to deliver results for our partners.
  • Monitor both vertical and channel trends and their impact on campaign performance, strategy, media buying tactics, and creative.
  • Foster a team environment


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Marketing or a quantitative discipline; advanced degree a plus
  • 3+ years of media buying on Facebook/Instagram
  • Understands the dynamics of the Facebook auction and is familiar with the best practices to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability
  • Understands the creative look, tone, and pace necessary for creative assets to appear native to Meta and drive desired results amongst target audience(s)
  • Extensive knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Meta Pixels, Meta Events Manager, and Meta Conversions API
  • Understands the various elements of Meta ad tracking and attribution tools (Meta Pixels, Meta Events Manager, and Meta Conversions API) needed to optimize campaign reporting and ROAS
  • Experience in lead generation, specifically single-session conversions.
  • Sharp eye for detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
  • Willingness and ability to continually test new verticals, strategies, and creatives to accommodate for the fluctuating opportunities within the Meta ad auction
  • Fluency in mathematical concepts
  • Critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and relevant reporting tools
  • Competitive/Performance driven mindset
  • Exhibits ability to continuously learn, draw actionable insights and apply them across campaigns
