We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and oversee our recruiting team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring that we meet our central and subsidiaries' staffing needs. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring our team through the recruiting process, and lead recruiting integration through new mergers and acquisitions. Hiring needs range from hourly entry-level positions to senior level C-suite positions, in several different industries, including but not limited to healthcare, logistics, finance, and staffing. Lastly, you will contribute as a member of the leadership team, and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure overall company goals and initiatives are met.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for a variety of roles.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Partner with clients/subsidiaries to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Coach and mentor our staff and recruiting team to ensure that we meet our hiring goals.
  • Research opportunities and create advertising on websites, in print, and in other media as appropriate in conjunction with internal resources
  • Engage with Fiscal Department's budgeting team on postings and budgeted salaries.
  • Develop and update accurate and meaningful job descriptions and job postings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Source internal candidates through all staff communications
  • Source external candidates via databases, social media, local job fairs with colleges, universities, HRA and others
  • Stay up to date with recruiting trends and best practices and incorporate them into our recruitment strategies.
  • Lead recruiting integration process for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Have a proven ability to work in an environment where flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs is essential.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities and costs.
  • Coordinate, support, attend and/or participate in required events, meetings, reviews, committees and HR audits.
  • Must be able to work independently, self-motivate and work with a team.
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to manage multiple competing time-sensitive priorities.
  • Commitment to approaching the recruitment process through a lens of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment preferred
  • Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor a team of recruiters.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
  • Strong commitment to the agency's Mission, core values, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity, and Belonging (DEIB) is required
  • Knowledge of employee-ownership (Cooperatives, ESOPs) is not required but is a plus

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 USD per year plus potential 10% performance bonus.
