You will be utilized as a receptionist in a part-time roll, while assisting Account Managers and taking on additional account responsibilities. Career path to become a full-time Account Manager. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers and connecting with key decision makers. You will take ownership of all projects assigned to you and liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely, successful delivery of our products.
Requirements
- Greet visitors and and interactions with customers or potential clients
- Answer phone calls while maintaining a professional composure
- Executive and administrative support
- Running reports for different aspects of the business
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key customer stakeholders
- Complex estimating, work order creation and invoicing
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Communicate clearly all project details for accurate production and product output
- Collaborate with Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities
- Process rush requests and issue escalation
- Strong problem solving skills and personal accountability
- Bilingual a plus
