YOUR ROLE
The Product Marketing Associate (PMA) executes on go-to-market strategy by developing product briefs, working with the art team to bring multi-channel product campaigns to life and managing product content across a variety of marketing assets. This member of the Stio brand team works closely with the Senior Brand Manager, Brand Director and Product Line Managers to support the development of campaigns that shape the customer experience of Stio apparel. The PMA also manages a number of seasonal GTM milestones including product content development, product descriptions, product naming, hang tag development, merchandising support for photoshoots, product line training, photo sample orders and coordination, and the auditing of product content across website PDPs, catalogs amp; workbooks. This role is integral in supporting product positioning, competitor research and will develop a mastery in understanding the Stio customer and how to engage them through product campaigns.
The Product Marketing Associate reports to the Senior Brand Manager. This role can be remote but does require travel to Jackson and other locations 10-15% of the time.

THE FINE PRINT
We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base salary range is $48,000 - $60,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
